Naura Thara Syifa

I am Naura Thara Syifa, an Office Administration student at Universitas Negeri Jakarta who somehow ended up leading national seminars, designing brand identities, and managing media partnerships.

All at once.

What makes me different? I don’t shut down when things get messy. Last-minute briefs, sudden role changes, tasks that weren’t even in anyone’s job description. That’s usually when I step up the most. I’ve worked as a chief organizer, head of marketing, creative lead, and moderator across multiple organizations. And through all of it, I learned that adaptability isn’t just a soft skill, it’s a survival skill.

I know how to move between structure and creativity without losing either. I can build a rundown at midnight and redesign a poster by morning. I’m not just a person who gets things done. I am that person who can figure things out when nobody else has the answer yet.
