It started with two.

In February 2021, two exchange students imagined more accessible international opportunities. That idea kept moving.

Two exchange students moved first
Tatjana Syafira and Olga founded Impactional in February to make international exposure more accessible.
- 2022
A network became a platform
Programs connected young people to global classrooms, mentors, and practical ways to act locally.

Young voices entered global rooms
Impactional joined conversations spanning the European Parliament, New York, Japan, and youth-led international forums.
