I’ve always been someone who runs toward a challenge rather than away from it. To me, stepping out of my comfort zone is the only way to truly grow, both as a person and a professional. This drive is what led me to volunteering, where I fell in love with working on educational equity because I genuinely believe every young person deserves a fair shot at a quality education, no matter where they come from.

Through managing diverse teams and working closely with people from all walks of life, I discovered my real passion: Human Resources. I love understanding what makes people tick, solving interpersonal challenges, and helping individuals unlock their potential. For me, HR isn't just about processes; it’s about empowering people so we can grow together.
