Arina Kamila Nadhira

I’m someone who believes failure is not the end, but a chance to grow. During my first year of college, I failed the interview to join AIESEC, an organization I really dreamed of joining. At first, I felt disappointed, but I decided not to give up. I joined AIESEC Future Leaders as a delegate, which later gave me the opportunity to become part of the Talent Pool. Even though I was scared to face another interview, I challenged myself to try again and was accepted as an Organizing Committee member for Marketing Youth Today x Join AIESEC. Through this experience, I learned design, video editing, Canva, Google Sheets, and teamwork. I also kept trying new opportunities in AIESEC, and eventually became a staff member of Experiential Leadership Development of Marketing AIESEC in BINUS. What makes me unique is my persistence, courage to try, and positive mindset toward failure.
